A very passionate and forward looking leader who has sailed over 15 years as a Master Mariner for Bulk Carriers, Tanker vessels, VLCC, etc. Capt. Alok is one who is constantly seeking to learn and explore untapped horizons with his desire to grow and expand.
Currently running strong with 11 years as a founder, leader and Chairman of Alphard Group, along with his team he has achieved various milestones which reflects clearly in our mass global presence, being known for providing excellence in shipping services and also popular owners of Tug & Barge combinations operating predominantly in Persian Gulf and India region.
Coming from a family of Mariners, a Master Mariner serving the Marine Industry for over 3 decades. During his sailing days Capt Ajay Bhandari commanded VLCCs, SR/MR/LR1 Tankers and Bulk Carrier. Have since been In Charge of Commercial Tanker Operations with recently heading Marine Services in Asia for one of the leading multinational Ship Services provider as its Vice President.
Ship Agency and Marine Services has been the core of Capt Ajay’s expertise over the recent decade with special focus on Asia Pacific region. As the Head of Alphard Marine Services, Capt Ajay endeavors to Providing Customers with an excellent unmatched Service Delivery experience.
Rashmoni comes with over 5 years of expertise in managing operations and administration. She is honored to be an Alphardian who has worked with us from inception of our Singapore Diving Division.
She has completed her Bachelors of Science in Physics from Burdwan Univeristy West Bengal, India and recently also successfully completed a training certification in Fundamentals of Corporate Secretarial Practice Course from CSIS (Company Secretary from CSIS).
